Can I book a private shuttle for a group?

Absolutely! We offer private shuttle services for groups, special events, and customized trips. Reach out to us for availability and pricing.

Do you offer any special deals for BnB guests?

Yes! If you're staying at one of our partner BnBs, you get a free one-way pickup when you book a return fare within Port Douglas.


Do you offer airport transfers?

At the moment, we specialize in local transfers within Port Douglas. However, we can help arrange airport transfers through our trusted partners.


How do I book a ride?

You can book a ride directly through our website, call us, or send us a message via our Facebook page. We recommend booking in advance, especially during peak seasons.


What areas do you service?

We provide shuttle bus services within Port Douglas and surrounding areas, including transfers to popular attractions like Mossman Gorge and Hartley’s Adventure Park.


Do I have to reschedule my flight, in case I miss my flight at the departing airport when intending to fly to Cairns?

Yes, you will need to notify Sizzling of your new schedule.


Where will I find the driver at Cairns Airport?

The Sizzling Coaches driver will be stationed in front of Skyberry Cafe, which is located inside the domestic Arrival Terminal. To make identification easier, the driver will be holding a Welcome sign with the name of the guest who has booked the pickup.


What would take place in case my flight is delayed at Cairns Airport?

We will wait for you until your flight arrives. Moreover, if there are any changes that we need to make regarding the same, we will send you a text message to your nominated mobile phone confirming the same


Do guests need to confirm their booking(s)?

Yes, confirmation is needed to avoid any unwanted hassles at the last minute.


Can I make payment to Sizzling through credit cards?

Yes, we do accept all credit cards.


Do you have first aid kits on board your vehicles?

Yes, we do.

Can I bring my pet on board?

Yes, of course you can bring your pet along but they need to be within a secure cage keeping the safety of our passengers on board.


Does Sizzling offer wheel chair facilities?

Unfortunately, at present we do not have any wheelchair accessible vehicles.


Do you provide private charter service?

Yes, we do provide private charter services. All you need to avail the same on our Airport shuttle service, is use the booking tool on our site. As far as non-airport shuttle services are concerned, you can provide the details of your private charter requirements using our Contact form and we will get it sorted for you.


Are private transfers offered by Sizzling?

Yes private transfer are on offer to make your trip as comfortable as possible.


Does Sizzling provide baby seats?
